Probably the best option we have would be the Curt hitch part # 13703. This is a multi-fit hitch that can fit trailer frame widths that are between 22 and 72 inches in width has a 3,500 lb trailer capacity.

It measures 90 inches wide as you stated and fits a box that measures from flange to flange or 80 inches to 85-3/4 inches. It requires 6 inches of clearance beyond the outside edges to accommodate the hardware. The slightly wider topper is to keep dirt, debris, and protect the slide out from weather.

A lube plate will be more specific to the fifth-wheel hitch in your truck than to the particular pin box model that is on your new trailer. You will just want to make sure the lube plate you purchase provides enough surface area to cover your Reese model hitch. The king pin that it will actually attach to on the trailer is a standardized size, and shouldn't change between pin box models.

Probably the easiest upgrade you can make is to go to the slightly larger tire size 235/85-16 which has much higher capacities and is only a little over 1/2 inch taller.
We have great luck with the Westlake tire brand here, but another great brand is Taskmaster which has very high speed ratings of 81 mph. Most are only 65. West Lake is 75 mph.
